Smile, a sudden reaction that triggers action of happiness. A feeling that makes you feel lively and active. An action without consequences and anticipation.

Scientifically, we all know the benefits, Reduced stress, good feeling, decrease blood pressure, boasts immunity. However, the most important characteristic is, it being contagious. Certain people, actions, and situations just make you smile.

You see two people smiling at each other and you feel like absorbing that aura.

It’s one of the most selfless accomplishment you feel like adopting and adapting to.

Ever noticed what situation gets you smile the most?

For instance, A puppy playing in the snow or a small kid trying to taste lemon for the first time.

It’s all about the effort of doing things you like. An initial sign of happiness that gets you close to realizing what you possess. Everything that we do as humans are smiling while we sleep knowing we did what we had planned. If the scales don’t tip in that direction, we try and appreciate the achievement of others through their lens.

The arch on your lips determines the significance of what you are feeling. There is something about us that makes us mysterious. We do not want people to realize our intentions. Contempt smiling can be considered as one of the most used ‘smiles’. Our thoughts being mixed with our schedule makes us wonder how we contemplate certain things. It’s the personality in us that makes us judgmental. It creates a vulnerability of our feelings to a certain grade.

In times when duchene smiles should be the promoted ones, we prefer going with malicious and fear smiling. How did that happen? Maybe it’s because, since the time we plan our future, we are nowhere close to achieving the fundamental checkpoint. It’s the grim intention in us that tries to defy the opportunity of being happy for others. No path is perfect, it’s the choices you make mend ways for you.

We would never know the true meaning of smiling if we never had someone who loves us. That’s where it commences. You shape your force to disseminate that energy. Sadly, out of the 19 different smiles, there are only 6 which are of positive definitions.

Smiling would never come with great effort but it always requires a reason to flaunt its characteristics. Find reasons which are distinctive to your behavior, you’ll be surprised how the smallest cavity can make you blush, exceptionally. As much as creating that space for yourself. Smile is a way of showing love and affection. It’s like a light in the dark, you’ll find yourself with constant brightness around you.

So, what’s the best way to embrace it?

Randomness

As people grow with specific characteristics, we aren’t sure what we are capable of. We would do the same thing every day and not have our inner power awakened to do things unique to us.

Dissolve what shows its limitations, embrace limitless phenomenon of reasons to love.

Never danced? try it, you’ll know you smile more

Never tried a different cuisine? try it, you’ll know you delighted your taste buds

Never fell in love?  Mmm, that’s tricky but you can try. Maybe you’ll just end up laughing.

It’s all about giving a chance to do something unique to yourself. Holding onto a target is only going to make you take a leap forward. You’ll never know unless you experiment. On the contrary, it’s not to show anyone but yourself.

There’s a difference in doing things differently and doing different things.

The day you achieve this phenomenon of doing something different for yourself, you’ll realize the true worth of a smile.

2. Check yourself with things you already do and make a new list

3. Don’t hold back to be inventive

At the end, it’s all for you.

Find the reason that makes you genuinely smile for that change in you. Never doubt yourself while in the process. You know why you began, now finish it. Get to the bottom of it so that come up and float in peace.

Scenario’s:

1. Sit down and close your eyes with no thoughts. Observe what you’re thinking (pretty sure it’s something that you missed out on). Now try the same with a diminutive smile and feel the change, you’ll realize how you have succumbed to the goodness of it.

2. Think twice before getting into something contradictory to your happiness. It never hurts to self-check for potential hazards.
